How much do sessions cost?
The first session is two hours
If you’re using insurance, you pay $190 + whatever your copay is if you’re using insurance.
If you don’t have insurance it costs $300.
Require payment up front $150 deposit for the first session, whether you are using insurance or not
Subsequent sessions are typically 90 minutes.
If you’re using insurance, you pay $115 + whatever your copay is if you have insurance.
If you aren’t using insurance it costs $225.
Full payment is required at time of booking.
How often do we have to come to therapy?
I recommend a month of weekly sessions to get you started. Then we'll make it up as we go along depending on your goals and progress.
This question is hard to answer because it’s really personal. Some couples come for three sessions, get what they need and stop coming. Others are in crisis and need to come more than once a week at first. Other people have a very limited schedule and can’t make it once a week. We will work it out together based on your goals and limitations.

What is your cancellation policy?
My Generous Rescheduling Policy means that once you pay at time of booking, you can reschedule your appointment as many times as you like using my online calendar, any time before the appointment. I have no late cancel fees.
Appointments must be completed within one month of first scheduling or payment will be forfeit.
If you do not reschedule before the start of the session, your payment is forfeit and you must book and pay again to reschedule.
What happens after I reach out to you?
You'll create an appointment time for a free 20 minute consultation with you AND your partner so you can both meet me and hear a bit about how I work, ask any questions, and get a feel for me.
Usually couples schedule their first session on the consult call. I will set you up with an account to send you a payment link to pay the $150 deposit to reserve your time.
Then you will receive an email with a link to fill out forms before the first session. If using insurance, I will send you information about how to get this set up.
Is your office accessible?
Yes! There is a rear entrance that requires no stairs. The front entrance has three steps.
How large are your chairs?
My office is furnished with extra-wide chairs that can hold up to 500lbs
Do you use any scents?
I do not use any scented products in the main office. However, there is an essential oil diffuser in the bathroom.
